Omar Garcia
Founder
Omar Garcia founded TEO Capital to acquire and lead great businesses
He grew up in a family of entrepreneurs who owned a transportation and diesel service business. That experience instilled a hands-on understanding of how great businesses are built, from the shop floor to the front office.
Omar began his military career as a Systems Engineer and Maintainer in the U.S. Army. He later served in Special Operations, where precision, teamwork, and accountability defined every mission.
Those same principles now guide how he builds relationships, leads teams, and stewards businesses for the long term.
